He showed up on time even though the weather wasn't the best and finished the job in 1.5 hours just as he promised. He did a great job.

Answered my call promptly and scheduled service time. Showed up on time and did a stellar job on cleaning both the carpets and the upholstery. Service was friendly and professional on all counts.

On time, responsive, asked me to point out any specific areas before we started, did a good job, left the work site tidy, and cleaned the carpet extremely well. Because I had other contractors coming and going, I had to delay our appointment once, and he was very flexible about that.

He arrived a few minutes after my appointment time of 9:00 AM. Because the outdoor water faucets (which he uses for his steam cleaner) were frozen, we had to use a laundry room faucet, and because of the cold weather, I asked him to route his equipment through a pet door so that we wouldn't have to leave the door open. He agreed cheerfully and did as I asked. He cleaned all four rooms in less than two hours, but was very careful and thorough. I have used this carpet cleaner twice and have been more than satisfied both times. He does an excellent job, and I believe his prices are quite reasonable. Furthermore, he never tries to sell me some useless "stain prevention" treatment, as other carpet cleaners have done.
