It went very well. Trebor responded to our call for an opinion and estimate quickly. On the scheduled work day, they showed up on time and ready to work. It was a full day's job for three people, removing several trees without damage to any other trees or to our landscape. Trebor is very good to work with. Safety for us and his workers, and a strong respect for the forest environment are clearly high priorities for him, as they are for us. The entire crew was professional and clearly hard working. This work was to remove dead or unhealthy trees. We have already discussed a follow-up job to trim several trees to open a view and maintain as many trees as possible. We couldn't be more pleased.

The guys were very professional and cleaned up everything. The owner went way beyond the call of duty by climbing a tree and saving a bird who was tangled in netting. What a guy!

I really can't say enough good things about Trebor and his team. I had him out to give an estimate on removing numerous mid-sized trees on a steep hill directly behind our house. He arrived on time, was very friendly, did the estimate free of charge and we set up a time. I had to cancel our original appointment on very short notice and reschedule. This was accommodated without any issue. The tree monkeys arrived on time and worked non-stop for the entire afternoon clearing off the hill. They chipped and hauled all the downed trees and debris. Most of the trees were within 10ft of the back of our house and they dropped them all perfectly with no damage to the yard or the house. Absolute professionals. I'll be having them back many more times for sure. Trebor and the Tree Monkeys are hands down the best I've dealt with for tree work, you can't go wrong with them.

After you've lived an an area for many years, you accumulate a list of trusted professionals that you can depend on for quality work and competitive prices.Having recently moved to the Hendersonville area, I'm in the process of building a new list. Carolina Tree Monkeys performed impressively from start to finish. Trebor Clavette (the Head Monkey) arrived at the agreed upon time to scope the work and provided a verbal description of the work to be performed as well as an estimate. He followed that up within two days with a written statement of work. Trebor and his crew arrived on time, did what they said they would do, did not damage anything else in the process, and left a clean job site. I wish I could say that about all of the contractors I've hired but my experience is that this is the exception rather than the rule. The resulting view is even better than I anticipated. Carolina Tree Monkeys is on my list of trusted professionals.

.The tree monkeys took down a large tree that was in a very tricky location. It was surrounded by a power line, a light post, and numerous small trees and some valuable landscaping. The job required a crane. They managed to get both a crane, their truck and branch grinder into tight spaces with no damage to anything. The whole operation was amazingly fast and efficient. The whole tree was down, the debris removed, and the cleanup (which was impeccable) was completed in about 3 hours. The men were so professional and courteous. They were also punctual and let us know the schedule as quickly as they could. We would happily recommend their services to anyone.

They called, they scheduled, they showed up and went to work. This is the second time that we've used them and will definitely call them again!

Trevor was very responsive and knowledgeable, taking time to answer all questions and give recommendations on existing and future work, as well as the right timing for different jobs. The actual tree take down was so quick and clean, my wife didn't even notice the job was done until I told her to look for that specific tree.

Trebor and his crew spent a total of four days removing 45 trees from a the yard next door. I purchased the house and lot next door earlier this year from a 92-year old woman who had lived there for over 50 years. The lot was beyond overgrown. A crane was used the entire first day, and part of the second day. Otherwise, Trebor climbed trees and cut. His two-man crew on the ground handled cutting down the big pieces and putting them through the chipper. They did a great job of cleaning up. The yard has been totally opened up, and there are now views to the west. Overall, they did an outstanding job, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I will recommend them highly. They were on time. They did a little bit more than what they said they will do. I was very pleased with them. Trebor and his crew actually went the extra mile by offering to clear out some other things that needed to be done. that I didn't see saved some wood for my neighbor and they actually stacked it up for him carrying it to his property . polite friendly and I will definitely will use him again.

The service Carolina Tree Monkeys provided is a clear Page of Happiness winner. All the work was done using a system of ropes and pulleys. It was amazing to watch ! Each branch on each pruned tree was evaluated then pruned. The results of their work are healthier trees, significantly improved aesthetics, and proper cuts to allow the trees to breath and flourish. If the trees could speak out loud, each one would have shouted thank you ! This work removed decades of neglect and literally created new life for the trees. The job estimate was right on target. There were no hidden costs and the job was fairly priced. The two oaks were over 60 feet tall. The magnolia tree was so compacted with growth in the center that the sun could no longer get through. This was a time consuming job performed in a patient and meticulous manner. The entire crew was polite and professional. The clean up was outstanding. This team was very respectful of the property. We cannot say enough good things about the team individually and the company. One of their philosophies, that speaks to the character of the business, is their commitment to donate a tree to replace trees they have removed. We call that caring about the future ! Another member wrote a review after a first experience with Carolina Tree Monkeys and called them "our tree guys". I agree?we've made them "our tree guys" too. We highly recommend Carolina Tree Monkeys. It would seem that one has everything to gain by calling them for an estimate and the job.

We couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly. Trebor and his crew was polite, professional, and got the job done quicker than I had thought possible. We're already planning on using them again on a future project.

He arrived on time and did what he said he would do for the agreed upon price. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up when the job was completed. I appreciate that he did not bring in heavy equipment and tear up the lawn. I am very pleased with his work.

Went very well. We were not home and Trebor called the day before to remind us of the agreed date for the work. Told him to proceed without us and he did a fine job. He called a gain to see if we were satisfied and offered to come back if there was anything we were not happy with that needed attention. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.

8 hours of work from a three man crew. Walked the property to determine priorities and they got right to work. Took down a big red oak and hauled it off as well as a tree that was tangled up with another. They got right to it and stayed busy the whole time. Hope to use them again for some additional tree work in the future.

They did the job that I had requested. They did clean up afterwards. I didn't have a great deal of confidence from the business part of things but they did do the work. They don't come across as being super professional as it's only a two person operation but they did the work as specified at the price as specified. We did more work than was involved on the Big Deal.

Excellent. Very courteous. Very efficient. They are very friendly. Did exactly what we said and kept checking with us and looking and so that is pretty much it. Good communication. He showed up pretty soon after we hooked up with Angie's list and then he came and looked at what needed to be done then a week later the work was done.

The crew was on time and worked on schedule as promised. There were no surprises with the invoice verses the detailed written estimate. They appeared to use all the correct safety precautions for themselves and my property. I was impressed with the knowledge about trees and concern for the health of the trees. Most of all they cleaned up all debris. The job was seamless. Great work.

I contacted Carolina Tree Monkeys and was called back by Trevor within in a couple of hours. We set up an appointment for him to come out and see what needed to be done. One of my grown kids was at home, when he took a look at the property. He called me back, I believe, it was the same day. We talked about what needed to be done (which was quite a bit). The appointment was set. Again, I was not able to be at home, but one of my children was. I called at 7:50 a.m. the day of to ask, if they were still coming out since I hadn't heard from them about confirming the appointment a day prior. Sure enough, they were already on their way. I told Trevor to call me, if he needed anything or not call me at all, if there was nothing to talk about. I told him, that would be fine also. I called my daughter at noon to see how Trevor and his crew were doing. She said, they were busy, busy, busy sawing and cutting dangling from the trees. I got home around 4 and they were still hard at work. Yes, they were putting in a full days of work. I talked to Trevor and we decided to cut down an ugly pine tree as an extra. We agreed on a price. It was getting dark by the time they quit. It was getting dangerous for them. After they were done, he actually asked for less money. He said, they were going to be back the next morning to do the rest and he was going to call me after everything was done to make sure I was satisfied with the job. They came by the next day to do the rest of the work and to clean up after. I was impressed. Trevor did not call me the same day, but he called the following Saturday morning to apologize for not having called that Thursday. I feel, that I should have called them and thank them for having done such a wonderful job!

Carolina Tree Monkeys were both professional and through. Had sod laid in front yard a week prior and they made every effort to be as humanely careful as possible so as not to do damage. Any future tree service needed, Carolina Tree Monkeys will be my first call

How'd it go? It went very well! The firewood is neatly stacked in my woodshed and appears ready to burn. The tall double trunk poplar tree which was too close to the house is gone. Another tree that was overhanging the roof of my home is pruned back. The roof and gutters are swept clean (not requested, just done because it needed to be done and "I'm already up here"). Some limbs that were dead or dying in other parts of the yard are pruned and hauled away. And nobody accidentally let the dogs out of the yard during a whole day of going in and out of the gate. : ) What I really liked about Carolina Tree Monkeys is that I got exactly what I asked for and hoped for. The price was reasonable. The service was delivered on time. When things had to be re-scheduled, I was notified early and re-scheduling was easy. The owner Trebor Clavette and assistant were both pleasant and enjoyable to be around. And the yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. What else could a homeowner want? I will use this company again if I need more tree services or firewood. I am happy to recommend them to others!
