Description of Work: Postponed several times as they were "too busy to get me in." Did not clean up well. Totally missed some of the scrubs to be trimmed and I had to have them come back a second time.

Description of Work: Carolina Tree Monkeys removed about 20 hemlock trees from our property. They were punctual, polite, and very professional. The trees were in a group of other trees and had to be carefully removed. None of the other trees were damaged and they made sure our property was clear of all debris from downing and chipping.

Description of Work: They pruned several trees, cut overhanging limbs away from roof, cut small trees and large shrubs around fence-line, and pulled vines off siding. The crew leader walked the property with me first, and we agreed on what would be done. Shaping of the trees after pruning was much more even. The result made a large improvement in appearance of the lot, and in safety of the roof. Also gave better access for remodeling contractor to do exterior fix-ups on the house. The crew were very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Carolina Tree Monkeys. They removed some trees and some mounds around the ground.

Description of Work: Large areas of the lot (and house) we purchased about 1 1/2 years ago were severely overgrown and had several dead trees. Trebor and his crew of 2 spent the day clearing out the overgrown shrubs and pine trees, removed limbs overhanging the house as well as others and mulched most of the brush to put on the grounds underneath the remaining trees. They were on time, professional, and all were very skilled workers. We highly recommend Carolina Tree Monkeys and would certainly use them again. We found them on Angie's List and contacted them directly in June to arrange for this service.

Description of Work: Trebor is great! I purchased a Big Deal for 8 hours of tree work and from the first interaction, Trebor was incredibly responsive and always professional. After meeting him in person, I had no qualms about scheduling the work to be done while we were out of town. Trebor kept me updated about the progress of the job throughout the day, and even sent pictures. I will most definitely use Carolina Tree Monkeys in the future. My highest recommendation!

Description of Work: Trevor and his crew worked at our house for 2 full days. We had big tree limbs removed over driveway and also had 28 pine trees at side of house cut down. Trevor made sure that we were happy with the work and that he had completed the work to our satisfaction. We also had a problem with very mature ivy growing high up in the trees. Trevor cut the ivy at several different locations on each tree where it would die out. The ivy was taking over and going to smother the trees out. I would definitely use Tree Moneys again for all tree worked needed. They did a GREAT job!I was in the tree business for 15 years. I cut down and trimmed hundreds of trees, but I have never seen a tree service crew work as hard as Trevor's crew.

Description of Work: They cut 3 trees and many limbs off several others, hauled away all of it to repurpose. Trebor works with ropes & pulleys. Noise is minimized & doesn't have that invasive feel (& noise) you get with others. VERY professional, cleaned up, had 2 helpers, aims to please. We were uncertain whether to cut a pine tree, then decided to do it, and the guys stayed longer to do it. For every tree they cut they plant (somewhere) 10. Most pleasant experience, we enjoyed chatting with him also.

Description of Work: The Tree Monkeys head guy came out to check out the situation and mark some trees to be felled. Then he brought 3 guys and all of their equipment up to our mountain home and worked hard all day long. When they left, there was very little for us to clean up and they got a lot accomplished. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Most professional and thorough tree company we have used. Trebor Clavette knows his business and his ethics about what should and should not be done to trees and property is impressive. They cleaned brush and old trees from the lot, took down a large tree draping over the house and cleaned up everything as they went along. Beautiful job. We told Trebor that from now on they are "our tree guys"! Originally hired them for the $199 special, but then asked them back to do more work.

Very impressive. |On agreed day, arrived promptly and got right to work, very professionally. When one tree that was just scheduled to be trimmed had to be taken down, I was given explanation, and shown the rot that ran all the way down that had not previously been apparent.

I needed some education along the way which I received in a professional and informative way. The day and time of service were agreed upon and the work was completed just as explained. I would definitely use their service in the future. They were timely, helpful, informative and professional!

Description of Work: They cut down and removed one small tree which opened up the view in a small portion of our outlook. They charged extra for taking the chopped up tree to the appropriate site, so I'm not sure that they actually honored the special price your offered. But they were prompt and courteous throughout.
