Brian Ponder & Jeff Lathan

Brian examined the system, helped me understand all the working parts, and identified what he believed was causing the low pressure problem. The problem was a filthy and clogged water filter. Unfortunately I did not have a new one on hand. Brian took me through all the steps so that I could do it myself the following day and offered to return if I needed help. The following day I purchased a new filter and following Brian's instructions was able to complete the change. We experienced an immediate boost in water pressure as a result. Brian was friendly, professional and truly focused on helping even though it was late in the day and he was on his way home. We will not hesitate to call him again in the future as his overall construction experience gives him valuable insight into many different kinds of projeccts.

They're very honest and good natured, and they have a good sense of humor. They're also very collaborative, and they are very willing to include us in the project. I feel very welcome to give input on the work. They also do a great job communicating with us, and we're confident in their work even if we have to go out of town. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and they're very attentive to every detail. Additionally, if there is something they are unable to do, they are always able to recommend a reputable company in the area. They've been working for us on a pretty consistent basis, and we plan on continuing to use them in the future.

We met Jeff and Brian when they were employed by the contractor who built our home, though really, they built our home. We subsequently hired them to build our guest house, remodel my brother's house and add-on a mud room. They are a joy to work with -- reliable, polite, funny and smart. With Brian and Jeff, you need a GC to basically file your permits! Visitors always comment on the quality of the finish work on all of our projects. Their eye for detail is unmatched. Their focus on delivering quality is unwavering. When you're content to settle, they insist on doing it right. If they don't think they can do something better than someone else (a specialist), they'll tell you. I would recommend them, without hesitation, for a build of any scale.
