Description of Work: My problem with this company is that they didn't finish their job. They cut down 2- 80' oak trees plus 5 pine trees and a large dead cherry tree. (also planted 10 trees). The price agreed on included getting all the fallen wood off the property. They had a sawmill come and get some of the long trunks, but left 2/3 of the rest including the 2 HUGE bases of the oaks. This was 5 months ago. Over the winter I let people get all the firewood they wanted, so many of the larger branches were taken away. They ran the smallest branches through a chipper and instead of chipping into a dump truck, they let it fly down a slope covering the established ivy bank killing the ivy and making a complete mess. Craig Beam, owner, has been contacted several times and keeps putting me off. My big mistake was not holding funds back (lesson learned!) I'm getting estimates for the clean up and planning to go to small claims court. Having this mess is delaying construction of a deck I wanted to put in this spring.( Grrrr!) I hired them on the recommendation of a neighbor who'd had them cut down one tree at a great price.
