It went well. They did a great job. We have a lot of windows and they missed some windows but they were out the next day and fixed their mistake. It was an oversight and not much of a problem and that was the only hitch but they cheerfully cleaned up the next day and we have clean windows. They are hardworking group. They did some windows that only acrobats could do. We have a lot of skylights and those skylights are 18 feet above the floor and they managed to clean the inside and the outside of the skylights. It was beyond our expectations of what they did and they put in a full day and there were 5-6 guys and girls but they did miss some windows downstairs and they were very apologetic and did those and we were pleased. We have some other cleaning jobs and I am sure the boss will call them as I don't control the inside of the house. Their normal fee for the amount of work we had done will be close to a $1000 but they didn't charge us that much so we got our money's worth. The pricing was fair. They were here when they said they would be here and I don't know if they said 9 O'clock or 10 O'clock but they showed between 9 and 10 and it wasn't an issue and that's for sure. They were very professional. They had up to date equipment to wash the windows and they do other cleaning work too.

Had an appointment to clean our windows at 8:30 on June 20th. Did not show. Called them at10:30 and left message. Still have not gotten a call back (June 24th).

They were professional, completed the job in good time. I don't believe all my screens were washed/if any, which is something the previous window washer did in my home. I would use them again, fair price for a lot of windows to be cleaned.

They used to be called something else earlier. They were very professional. They came out in 8 degree weather and cleaned our windows and did a beautiful job. They were just outstanding. I was really impressed. It was so cold and I couldn’t even believe that they were coming. Their price was very reasonable too. The windows are spotless. It looks like we don’t even have glass on the windows.
