It went great! Went to Etowah Fireplace & Patio (EF&P) to have new doors made for our interior fireplace screen to keep cold air from coming into our house from the chimney. The new fireplace screen needed additional glass doors. EF&P had done the original fireplace screen for the previous owner. Brenda at EF&P made one recommendation in design which we accepted and it saved us several hundred dollars from the original design. Plato McCall installed the newly altered fireplace screen with glass doors and they are great! Thanks Brenda!

We bought a wood stove on the above date and paid in full on date of purchase. Stove was installed on 1/27/2911 but missing a rear heat shield which is a necessary part for safe operation of stove. Repeated attempts to get the missing part are ignored and the stove is still non operational as of 2/23/2011. E mails will not be acknowledged nor phone calls returned. We have paid for a part we have not received and can get no solution from this company. President of company, Jonathan B. Hilliard. refused to identify himself as such. This is a negligent and deceitful company. Outrageous treatment of customers. No concern for selling us an unsafe, dangerous product.
