I hired Dave from a recommendation from a friend of a friend. I was told from a reputable source that Dave always did his flooring jobs. I was in Chicago and this job was in Hendersonville NC. It was a leap of faith, as I had never met him personally and couldn't be there to observe his work. I had to ask him to pick up the flooring for me from a Lowes as I couldn't be there to have it delivered to my new home. He had to make many trips as he opened many defective boxes that Lowes had to replace. He always communicated by phone with me almost daily and even answered my texts and calls readily even while on the job. I was impressed and reassured by that. When I got to Hendersonville, I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He is very professional and meticulous in his craft. He not only lays floors but does all types of carpentry work, finish work, remodeling, and refinishing, and installs decks among other things. So no wonder the threshholds and quaterround was installed to perfection and the caulking that was needed matched. I am thrilled with the quality of his work. He got right on it and though slowed down by the defective boxes of planks, he finished in record time. He is excellent, honest, a great communicator, and a congenial and expert craftsman.
