Great customer service. Called ahead to confirm ok to arrive a litte early and gave a $10 discount. Very couretous and cleaned up before leaving. Quiet team work with each other, all around great company.

I spoke with Robbie Jacobs many times before my installation. My dealings with him were by phone as I live out of state. I sent pictures of what I wanted and he called back with estimates and information. He met my husband on the day of installation. He was professional, courteous and kept my husband informed during the installation. I will be using him again in January.

At this point i am a little frustrated. . I sent out an excellent review yesterday. After he left. However, to return home last night to a tv that is not working properly. I have sent out numerous texts and made several calls from last night to all day today. No response. Check i wrote was immediatly cashed as well and has cleared my bank. I am hoping to send this review out that he will receive in order to get this resolved. My tv was not programmed correctly and have no netflix and tv seems to be on a zoom picture so its somewhat blurred . So i cant use the tv in my bedroom currently. If robbie come back out and gets this fixed i will send out another review that he resolved the issue. But at the moment i am not happy

They were on time and very professional and courteous. Pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. They did a great job for me . He got me everything i wanted in my entertainment system and the install was very professional. I would use them again a hundred times over. Great job !!!!

Robbie ran into really hard stone above our fireplace while installing a new 65 inch 4K tv. He kept at it when i was ready to give up. He got it and they set it up with AppleTV in a professional manner. Very friendly. They came when were scheduled and the was fair.
