TRU GREEN CORP

I purchased lawn fertilization, fungicide protection, and shrub & tree care. I was told Tru Green would stop arrest any brown patch fungus my yard had, restore my yard to proper health to endure the summer months, and green it up again. I had to correct the process 3x. By mid-August half my yard was dead and growing clover type weeds like crazy. Brown patch fungus had taken its toll so I called them to cancel further service and I also asked for half my money back. An area manager called to come see my yard but due to my travel I had to call him back to set appointment. We played phone tag 2x and he gave up. After 2 more calls to Tru Green I finally got my service stopped and they refunded 30% of my money. What a hassle! The shrub and tree spraying seemed to work as nothing there died.

The products really makes the lawn. He is very courteous, nice and knowledgeable. He explains everything to me.

The guy across the street was using them at the time, so I called them too. They did a pretty good job, but since then, I’ve decided to do all that on my own, which is why I cancelled the service. I think their office is in Candler. They did what they were supposed to, and I didn’t have any complaints about their work. I would use them again if I needed to.

The grass looks good, it's green so what more could I want.
