Fantastic. I had a great experience with Jason and owners only real estate. They were professional and honest. I would recommend this company and would be happy to work with them again.

I left a required $7,500.00 Earnest Money and $7,500.00 Due Diligence money to Jason Brodsky of Only Owners Real Estate. He used someone in his office to represent me while he represented the sellers. ( this turned out to be a huge mistake) The very next day after i made the 2 payments, I received the inspectors report mentioning that the House had major foundation problems and i was told by my cousins in New York who is a building inspector, to run as fast as i possible can away from the home. It had too many problems. Now i know the reason why the house was priced Hundreds of thousands less then the other homes that size in the area thought the problems were never disclosed. Jason Kept $7500.00 and refused to give it back to me. He is a criminal and should lose his license. He denied that he knew anything about the damage though it was priced accordingly. When i told him i take care of a very sick child, my employees son in the Philippines who required a colostomy bag, he could care less and would not return the money to me. Don't do business with this criminal or his company.

They sold the house very quickly and resolved every issue that came up. A great, professional group of people.

We contacted them near the end of December and Jason came and met with us and got our Land listed middle of March we closed on the Land. Jason and his team were there for any questions we had and always kept us up to date on everything they treated us like family I would give them a rating of 10 if I could!!!!

Sold our home quickly at above asking price

This was a difficult property to sell but Asheville Holistic Realty stuck with us and eventually we found the right buyer and closed. Would highly recommend.
