 + -1 moreIt took several days to find the leak, but then I was charged over $1500 only to find out I was being charged $50 sometimes and $75 other times. It didn't need a supervisor at $75 an hour to fix this, I believe I was taken advantage of and overcharged.

No one responds to their P.O.Box address, I dont know what happened but they did some work here I sent them a check, the check got returned, 50 phonically later, No ones ever called me back. So I dont know whats going on. I hired somebody else. The work that they did, I was very happy with.

Description of Work: I contacted said company to come out and give me an estimate for adjusting my landscaping sprinkler system from just watering flower beds to just grass. I met with Kevin who came and met me at home when I got off work. Kevin arrived on time and was waiting on me when I arrived. He was really nice and was able to answer my questions. My house uses a well to provide its water and he did some pressure tests and found that my well pump doesn't provide enough pressure to have sprinklers. He recommended an additional pressure pump so that my system could handle a couple of sprinklers. He did say that my system was in good shape and had good bones. He told me the pump would be around $800 dollars but he would have to do some research and will need to get back to me about an overall price. 2.5 weeks went by and I did not hear back from him. On the 3rd week he emailed me saying he didn't forget about me and would have an offer by the end of the week. He never got back to me. I was not surprised by this as I got the impression he wasn't interested in doing my project. I have given up hope I will ever have an offer, so I have decided not to get a sprinkler system upgrade as my yard looks great with just rain water. I do not speak bad about the company just the customer service provided didn't appear as great as it could be.

Description of Work: We first used K2 to install an irrigation system in our front and side lawns. Now we use them to turn the system on and off each year and they are just always there to help us whenever we need it.

 + -1 moreI did have a regular irrigation system but I decided to go more eco-friendly. They are very eco-friendly. They are very thorough.They don't hesitate to suggest something that is less expensive or more green than a typical irrigation system if they think that would work for you. When I wanted to stop using city water and paying for expensive backflow tests they suggested a cistern system. I put in two cisterns. One is gravity fed and one has a small pump. That saved me from paying $200 for 2 backflow tests per year and I'm not using city water. I'm using all rain water off the roof. The cisterns cost a lot of money but after this year I break even. It 's a lot more earth friendly.
