+ -1 moreCalled to get provider out to home, he never came. Called again when he did call back he said he had been and looked, that we just had and when he called back he said that he had been out there and we just had an old unit and needed a new one. That nothing was wrong other than that. Come to find out we had holes in our duck work, once we fixed that it has worked perfect for an old unit. He never did anything and acted like he didn't want to even work on the unit, that it was a waste of his time. The date is a round about can't remember exact time.
