It took about two-three days to install. While he was installing, he cut the water line while he was digging. I was without water for 3-4 hours. After he fixed the waterlines, he proceeded to dig and changed the course from how he was going to dig at first. After he completed the project, he said we will have to wait two weeks for the ground to settle. He also said we need it to rain to see how it's going to drain. After two weeks and the first rain, I didn't hear anything from him so I contacted him and he said he would come by to check it. A couple of days past, and I had to contact him again. He finally came out and started putting water in the drainage. After several attempts, he reached down in the drainage and started pulling sand/dirt out of the drainage. The water never came out the other end of the pipe. I asked him if the pipe was blocked or not and he replied that he would have to get a bigger hose to wash the water through the pipe. He said he would come back to do it on a certain day, but never showed back up. I have been sending him text messages and calling him, but he is no longer responding to my attempts. My yard is getting worse, something needs to be done. He had told me that if the problem wasn't solved he would add another drainage system to the existing one to correct the runoff. The provider required a down payment of four thousand dollars before he started. I payed him the money, he started the project and finished installing it. After he finished, I payed him another three thousand five dollars as a final payment. The problem is the drainage system never worked. I have payed all that money for something that is not working. I would like to fix the problem so that the water would stop washing away my foundation. He is aware of what is happening in my front yard. If he can't fix the problem, I would like to be compensated in some form or get someone else that can do the job. I would like for him to be removed from your website. He should have told me if the project was too big for him to do. The money he charged is on the high end and he didn't install it properly. I will hire a different contractor to correct the problem.

Horrible -- and while they said they would come back to fix, they never did. They also said call for anything, I did, and they never answer the phone or returned the voicemail.

I never got the chance to truly experience this company at its fullest. The day that I was supposed to receive my services I didn't hear anything from this company until 5 to 6 hours after saying that there was an emergency rescheduling. The day that they had told me they'd be rescheduling I heard absolutely nothing. It's quite disappointing the owner's son is extremely personable and truth be told I feel he has a lot of potential but due to lack of communication and lack of professionalism it just couldn't work, which is unfortunate because we had also spoken about other projects. I do hope everything works out and goes well with this young man and his family.

Everything went great, they mowed the yard perfectly and the pine straw I had in the front yard is gone and replaced with black mulch which makes my home stand out more. Thank you 🙏🏽 guys for the excellent service!!!!
