Lee was prompt, efficient, patient and knowledgeable. Lee helped with hanging 20 pictures and had great suggestions on placement. Lee replaces a door knob, added a lock box, moved shower rod, added a water filter, secured garage shelves, and added a retractable screen door. Lee will be the first I call in the future. Thank you.

Walter’s Home Improvement responded to my request very quickly. There was a hiccup with the current job he was on so my job was delayed slightly which was not a problem for me. I appreciate d that he was upfront about the scheduling delay and that Lee with Walter’s Home Improvement communicated frequently to keep me posted as to when I could expect my job to be completed. I appreciated that and when the job was complete, I live out of his service area he made sure to send pictures of the work.

The contractor we hired did a great job on our deck storage cabinet and broom closet. He responded in a timely fashion to our communications and was on time, respectful, and courteous. He even made time to fit our project in while we were in town for only a few days. We will be calling him again for future help around the house with our projects.
