Ben Beam and his crew which was Clint came one day after calling. Our water line was clogged from the city line and a new PRV valve needed to be excavated , found and replaced . Ben and Clint found the problem , pit in the new valve after digging 6 feet into the area., and was right on the money. Our pressure was restored immediately. He is honest , knows exactly how to solve the problem , and is cost conservative ! He earns the 5 star rating !! I recommend him without reservation !

Never did call unless I called 2X and texted. Asked me to give him a month, then called again in 7 wks. Asked if I would give him another week and I have not heard from him since and now it has run into months. Jim Beam does not know how to treat his customers, evidently, he doesn't need any. He sure does not know how to run a business.

Ben Beam saved my home just in time for hurricane. this guy showed up when he said. he was very busy but after seeing the severity of my problem got right on the job. We thought it was going to be minor but was much worse than we expected. he worked diligently to repair my flooding issue. My hat goes off to this guy. I highly recommend him. I will for sure use him in the future
