All conversations were pleasant and informative. I was previously a licensed horticultural pesticide applicator, and very familiar with chemical application, and products. I am an all natural farmer of fruits and nuts, so we use all natural biocides on our fruit trees. My request for the use of biopesticides was treated with knowledge and respect, only one product is not a biopesticide, but is the safest treatment for termites. I was out of town during the technician's inspection and application of treatments for pest. A friend was present and said technician was polite, professional, and through. He was prompt, and he explained his inspection and findings and was very knowledgeable in treatments needed - we handled everything over the phone. I would highly recommend this company and recommend them. I am completely satisfied with my dealings with McDuffy Pest Control.

The company is very trustworthy. It as a family owned business with a great reputation. Whatever they say they will do, you can trust that it will be done. Since pest control companies do their work in places you cannot see, it is difficult to verify what they have done. So I have to be able to trust the person doing the work.
