+ 0 moreThey told us that unfortunately we are going to get a little bit of smell from the type of lava bricks that they are and they also asked if we had a carbon monoxide detector and they suggested that we get that checked out because we don't have one. They are very prompt. They got somebody out within a couple of days after we called them. We don't use a lot of propane because we also use electricity but they treat us like we are big clients.
Description of Work: We used Cape Fear Propane to service our fireplace. We have a ventless fireplace and we had an odor that we were concerned about so they came and checked it out and cleaned it. They rearranged the lava bricks. They also service us with propane.
