All Vinyl Siding and Windows

The company I dealt with was in Greensboro, NC. I had a bullet come through my window on New Years Eve. I did a Google search for window repair and this is one of the companies that came up. When I called I told him I had a window that needed to be repaired and he said he would go and look at it right away (even without me being there). Okay. I told him i also had a few pieces of siding coming off my house and he could give me a price to repair that too. He, and I'm sorry I don't know his name, went to my house and called me back and from that point on it was about the roof and not the window. He never spoke of the window again, only the roof which was "rotted" and needed to be replaced. Homes built when my house was built needed new roofs because they weren't built well back then. On and on. His estimate was over $7,000! He was excited to learn my house was paid for and said I needed to "invest" in my house. This guy was out for money and he saw a golden opportunity and he thought I would fall for it. After his spiel I asked about the window and he gave it a quick look-over and a quick price, but went right back to the roof. My poor neighbor across the street fell for his crap and is looking into replacing her roof. I begged her to get a second opinion. Run! This company is only out for money. Oh, and I got my window fixed by another company for $300!

They did not install the gutters correctly how I wanted them and they are starting to fall apart. I tried contacting them multiple times and he kept advising that he needed to speak with his boss. He finally told me to call the office and speak with Corey, whom advised that he needed to speak with his boss as well. Neither one of them would call back. The molding on the inside of my home that goes around the windows has not been installed as well. He would never call back after starting the work. I was finally able to get a hold of someone after countless calls. This time it was his wife and she advised that he has been arrested and is currently in jail for fraud. She advised to submit a complaint on my services with All Vinyl Siding and Windows. They state on their flyer that they have warranties and that they have been in business for many years with a lot of experience. When they ordered the new windows, they were to contact me when they arrived. After two weeks from the start of the project I had not heard back from them, but I called and they stated that the windows had arrived.

After noticing the sorry work from the prior residence, I called Corey Moore many times and was not successful to have the work repaired. Corey Moore came twice and sent a worker which did not fix the problem blaming the malfunction on the motor of the garage door opener.  
At that time. I canceled the other jobs at the other residences and requested my money back. Corey Moore kept stalling me and finally came to my house asking me to sign paperwork so that Donald Moore could return my money. Corey had told me on the phone that he would bring me a check. When he came to the house on July 11th 2011, he did not have my check and wanted me to sign the papers. I have this conversation on recorder.   
While Corey Moore was at my primary residence, Donald Moore went to the other residence to deliver a box of nails and some felt paper. They already knew that the job had been canceled. I have pictures of Donald Moore attempting to make his delivery and then took off when my son who was at the residence went outside to meet them and they were about to leave without saying anything to my son. He caught them in the act and took the photos.
 
They had already dropped the paper and nails hiding them behind the Heat pump on the side of the house. At the same time that Donald Moore was at my son's house, Corey Moore was at my house discussing the return of my money. 
I finally managed to take Corey Moore and Donald Moore to court. Donald Moore did not show up. Corey Moore did. 
He lied on the stand under oath and stated that he had repaired my sunroom  roof. Of course this scammer never did go on my roof nor ever even measured it or started any work. He claimed to have done the work on July 3 and 4, 2011. Holiday weekend. More lies. 
I won a judgment against the company and I am now trying to collect with the notice of right and then the execution. I intend to file criminal charges against this company.
I will let you know if and when I am successful. 
The company has many many complaints at the BBB site and they are using the similar bad practices and shotty work and obtaining money from the consumers.  
I encourage anyone with the similar scamming from this company by filing charges against them, post your complaints in the BBB and in Angies's List. .

All Vinyl Siding and Windows is the one that made a mess.  They didn't know what they were doing.  I talked to the Better Business Bureau and they said they charged more and they didn't have a license, they couldn't charge over $30,000 and they charged us a lot $32,500.  They came back and said they fixed it and they made it worse than what it was.  We are going to take them to court.  They put windows in and did a terrible job at that.  They put in a screened porch and some of the boards were split.  They were crooked.  They put the door upside down.  They put siding on the outside and put it upside down.  The boss came and made them take it off and put it back on.  When they took it off and put it back on there is pieces all over it.  And it's not supposed to be like that.  They had to be inspected three or four times before they ever passed, they were putting screws into concrete where they had put a two by four and they had to screw the two by four into the concrete to build to it and they filled the hole in it as far as they could and they were supposed to drill it into the concrete.   In order to pass inspection they cut the screw off and took glue and put glue and put it down in there.  And the inspector came and he leaned up against the two by four by the framing and it fell out.  It was just everything.  Every time you turn around there was something.  We are going to have to have somebody redo this, most of it.
