+ 0 moree some interior work for me which he never came back to do. To his credit, he did give me the $100 back when he showed up. I would NOT recommend his service to anyone. I felt that my yard never reached its potential while he took care of it and I spent a fortune trying to repair it over the span of the years he took care of it. Since I dropped his service and had someone else take care of the lawn we have seen a 100% turnaround in the appearance of the lawn and it is now the best looking lawn on the block.!
Description of Work: My yard was a total mess and Paradise had been taking care of it for the last 5 years at least. I had nothing but weeds in the yard at the end of the 2009 season. Mr. Winkle told me that he would kill off everything and totally revamp the yard. He did kill everything in the yard with Round-up but didn't grade the yard at all to pull up the weeds. The next season (Spring of 2010) the yard came in full of weeds. Mr. Winkle assured me that he "had this" and told me that if I didn't have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood by the end of the summer that he would re-sod the entire lawn. I never saw any improvement and I told him to start looking for sod. From that moment on, I never heard from him again. He didn't return any phone calls or emails. I couldn't get an address to send him a letter. His email box became full and wouldn't accept new emails. His phone went unanswered. In short, he dropped me as a customer when I called him to account. Eighteen months later he showed up at my door and claimed that he had had a head injury and was in the ICU and then went to California to recover for the past 18 months. The fact that he had NO ONE to return phone calls or emails I felt spoke volumes about his business. In addition, I had paid him $100 to do
