Erin Nixon was our real estate agent from this office. Since this was our first time buying a home, we needed someone to hold our hand and walk us through the entire process. We were also not actually living in the area, and a lot of the buying process was done with us out of town and only available to come to Elizabeth City on certain weekends. Erin was excellent. She spent an entire holiday weekend running me around the city, trying to cram in all the houses we wanted to see (26 in total). After not seeing any houses we really liked the first day, she went back to the office and reworked a list of houses to see the very next day. The house we ended up buying was one we saw on the second day. A lot of communication during the buying process took place via phone and e-mail, and Erin always got back to us promptly. She went back to the house several times to take pictures and video to send us so that we could still see our house even though we were far away. I never felt like I was an inconvenience and she was always available to us. Erin will definitely be the one we go to when we are ready to sell our house. I would recommend her to anyone in Elizabeth City in need of a real estate agent.
