 + 0 morePaul Hoffman rang my doorbell at 8:30 am.....the exact time he had promised to arrive. He worked in a totally professional manner in thoroughly cleaning out my septic tanks. He didn't try to sell me any "contracts" or chemicals to flush down my toilets....which I think speaks to his honesty. His price was more than fair. He was extremely affable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

 + -1 moreNo work has been done yet, but I was so impressed by his level of care at the start. If it needs to be pumped after the plumber looks at the lines, I am definitely calling Hoffman.
Description of Work: I had some questions about my gramma's septic. He answered them and gave me his opinion which involved hiring a plumber first before pumping, as that was most likely the cause of the problem. I appreciate his honesty and not just after a sale.

 + -1 moreI called Mr Hoffman on a Tuesday and he arrived Wednesday morning ready to clean my septic system. He clearly knows his business as he found and pulled the lid off my tank in very little time. The pumping process took about an hour. After he cleaned the tank, there was still a blockage in my plumbing. Mr. Hoffman used a modified hose to clear the blockage in my house and all tested OK. He quoted me $225 and charged me $225. I would highly recommend Mr. Hoffman.
