First class outfit in every respect. The sales rep I dealt with, Modesta Lamb, was on top of things from our first conversation. She emailed me photos of samples, and came to the house several times to both measure and look at the parts of the previous floor which hadn't yet been ripped up, to get me a close match (the floor was a Brazilian Cherry). Except for one meeting and walk through with Modesta, I lived out of town while the work was both planned and done - I was given regular status reports and photos as everything progressed. The price was fair, and the installers did a beautiful job, working straight through the July 4th holiday weekend. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They were fantastic. They provided us with everything that we needed and they even came after hours.

I called in and asked for a quote and with-in 48 hours owner was at my house and measuring everything for me. He explained the next step was to come in and pick out what I wanted and they would give me a quote. I went into the store and pick out the countertop I wanted and they e-mailed me a quote and then called and followed up that I received my quote. Right now the price is a little more than what I am wanting to spend but look forward to doing business with them in the future.
