Description of Work: Rewire our breaker box. Install new breakers. Before doing breaker box they replaced bad breakers so we wouldn’t have problems before they completed the whole box, so in actuality, it was 2 jobs.

+ -1 moreThey were good. The price is a little crazy. We used them for electrical work too, and I had told them they need the really really really tall ladder, and they didn't listen to me. The one guy came, that had to call them, but everyone was a lunch. I ended up paying for an hour for the guy to just sit there and watch TV with me. I would probably use them again, just because I don't know too many places around here.

Immediate response to inquiry, prompt site visit and free estimate... provided detailed information of unit options, provided timely install... and multiple followups to improve the and enhance the units efficiency. They responded to each inquiry and included direct involvement of the owner to insure complete customer satisfaction. They actually went to extraordinary limits and outside the box to make the experience a complete success.
Description of Work: Replaced a wall a/c unit with energy efficient uinit and installed a mini split system in a previously un conditioned sun room.

Description of Work: We were in a time bind when our air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Our usual contractor (that we have known and used for years) was backed up with service calls. We had company coming for the weekend with the house extremely hot. B and M contractors were able to work us in late on a Saturday and were courteous and professional and solved the problem. The charge was very high but that is the penalty people face when off-hours help is essential. We would certainly consider using them again if our regular guy was not available. They did a fine job and our weekend was saved.

+ -1 moreWe have a heat pump outside, and an air handler in the attic, for whole house air conditioning and heat. Some time last night, one of the hottest and most humid nights of the year, the heat pump completely stopped working. I called Band M Contractors this morning a little after 8:00 am, and was given an 11:00 am appointment with Paul. He called ahead, and came early, which was a blessing, as the indoor temperature was already around 85. After a complete diagnostic, he replaced a part, and got it running as good as new. Also checked to be sure filters were ok. The price, which included a discount for being on a yearly service contract, was more than reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a faster response, or a better outcome. Many thanks to Paul, and to the office staff of Band M.

Brittany and Tom were very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns.
