Affordable Locksmith

I was able to easily make an appointment for the day that I wanted and a time that fit well into my schedule. I needed to have all my locks re-keyed. However, when the day and time arrived no one showed up. I waited for 45 minutes before calling to find out if they were coming. When I called, I got an answering machine and left a message. No one called me back, so an hour and 1/2 after the scheduled appointment, I called again. This time I did get to talk to someone. He said he would call his locksmith and would get right back to me. He would also get the locksmith to call me. No one ever called back or showed up. I have used this company in the past and did not have any problems. However, I am planning to schedule this work with someone else now after this experience. I feel they were not only unprofessional, but very inconsiderate by not even giving me the courtesy of a call back.

I had to have locksmith return, some of keys did not turn the deadbolt locks.
