ABC Seamless WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!!!!! I have been waiting for 3 years for ABC Seamless to honor their lifetime window warranty which states: Unbeatable Window Warranty Windows by ABC Seamless come with a lifetime, non-prorated warranty. If any part of our replacement windows do not perform, we replace it for free. There are no hidden costs down the road. We guarantee it. ABC Seamless of Albemarle also includes our exclusive Service for Life on every home window replacement project. I have 3 window's glass that has failed and they will not honor their warranty. They came to my house 3 times to measure, said they were ordered and they were not. They even changed their warranty on their website and 3000 customers probably don't know it. They will not honor their warranty!!!!!!!

They are pricey but a great product with outstanding warranty. However, my job was delayed 10 times. They blamed another job that kept getting more work assigned to it. Really no one at ABC thought to tell the other job that they would come back and do the additional work at a later date? No a great way to run a business. Granted a few of the delays were due to the weather that is to be expected. However most of the delays were blamed on this other job. They should just say up front that we will get to your house when we can and will give you 24 hour notice.

Vaughn was very knowledgeable. Did the drawings right there. Told us the price right away. Keep up with us every step off the way.

Took over a week for an appointment for estimate, and estimate was ridiculously high

Installation went as expected in 2012. Cost was above average and installation proceeded as scheduled. At the time of purchase ABC informed me that if there was ever a problem with their installation to call them and they would promptly resolve. That's where the problems began. Called ABC multiple times to arrange for a technician to come to my OBX beach home and address my concerns. They made several appointments and never showed up or called. I rescheduled each time and was again ignored. Out of patience, I again called and personally spoke to an ABC representative. He said that some one would be out to the house the next day. When I called to follow-up after two days they said that the technician had been to my home and closed the ticket. I told them I was at home all day and that no one had come to look at my gutters. They said that would investigate. They called back and said that the technician had gone to an incorrect address and mistakenly closed the work ticket. Wow! I called again one final time and set up another date for repairs. No one showed up or called. I am through with ABC. If you buy from them be advised of their unacceptable post installation service.

Prompt estimate. Arrived when they promised. Work performed beautifully and timely. No mess after installation. Crew head explained everything. Crew was friendly and wanted to please. Final price exactly same as estimate. We will certainly use this provider again. One of the best jobs we have had since living on the Outer Banks.

We found this Company top notch. The sales person that walked around the house drawing up what we wanted was on-time for the appointment, very friendly and professional, and gave us several options. He also went over the different types of gutters and downspouts and provided his opinion on what he felt would work best for us. We received our estimate the next day and was told upfront it would be 6-weeks out before the job could be done, if we decided to have them do the job. In May, the job was started and completed within one day. The installers installed the 5and quot; wide gutters, splash gurards and hand mitered all the corners of the gutters, and installed the rain barrels with the downspouts as agreed upon. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional as we threw questions at them as they worked. The project manager came out the next day to inspect the work and to ask if we had any issues or concerns with the work that was performed. We did find that one of the mitered corners was not done completely right and could possibly create a problem down the road. The PM made note and said he would have someone out to fix it, which was done a week later. The gutters are perserved with Dupont Telflon surface finish protector with an EMCO Lifetime limited transferrable warranty. There is also a 25-year chalk and fade guarentee. We are very happy with ABC Seamless work and with the product we purchased. The product and the people are professional and are honest and upfront with customers. We were delighted with their honesty and integrity. We have and will continue to recommend this company for any gutter/downspout work.

They were verry nice and on time was going to get some gutter work done , But do to some unexpected health issues we put it off for now .But when i do get the work done i will call them back to do it, Thank you

Being new to the area and not knowing who to trust, we researched each company and obtained 3 estimates. This was the only company that responded back within a day, setup an appointment and came out on time. Most of the companies we called, never showed up, came days after the appointment date, or didn't show at all. ABC Seamless was professional from the Project Manager that walked around the house with us and gave the estimate to the 2 guys that installed everything for us. We were given ideas and suggestions of downspout placement and the type of gutters to use. The price was higher then most, but the un-accountability of the other contractor's made it worth it. These gutters come with a lifetime warranty and the references we received, stated they would come back out and put them back up if a hurricane blew them off. Living on the Outer Banks makes this a big plus. After contracting the company, they informed us they were 4-6 weeks out before they could install the gutters. Around the 4th week, they made an appointment with us for installation. They came out at 9:30 am and began their work. They finished up around 3:00 pm in the afternoon. They installed our rain barrels, cut the hole in the barrels for the downspouts, cleaned up all their materials and left our property as they found it. The following day the Project Manager came out and walked around the house to ensure all the work was completed to our satisfaction. He agreed with us that around a butt out window in the back of the house, that the miters did not match. He has guarenteed that they would be back out to fix this problem. Again it won't be until they can fit us in between jobs. I have no issues with this and will pursue them if the timeframe becomes unreasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing, siding or seamless gutter work that may need to be done. They do not work on and quot;island timeand quot; like most of the contractor's or home improvement businesses here on the OBX seem to live by. They are prompt, polite, professional and stand-by their product.
