Her name is included in our farce of an appraisal, so I hold Faulkner Appraisal Services just as responsible as Nicole, the woman who thinks her appraisal is appropriate. The appraisal done by these 2 basically says I live in a dumpy neighborhood with no real value to our 3300 sq fr house or the 1.58 acre lot it sits on. Funny how our neighbor, in a smaller house, on a smaller lot, just had her house appraised for the same purpose. Her house is worth $70k more since it was built a year ago but ours is worth only $15,500 since it was built a year ago. Bottom line I these women don’t know what they are doing and I would NEVER recommend to them to anyone!"
