Description of Work: We have our annual contract for our AC/heating with Smith Heating & Air.

Description of Work: a/c repaired. we have used them more than once for different issues on multiple units. reliable, dependable, trust worthy and affordable.

Description of Work: Smith Heating and Air has been to our house for 3 different problems over the course of a year . . . all independent issues. 1- Up stairs A/C would not come on - they quickly came over, while I was at work, and only found that the breaker had been tripped. He inspected the unit but could not find any other issues. It was a little "pricey" this time ($80ish) for just flipping a switch but he did say that if he had to come back, he wouldn't charge for a second visit. 2- Down stairs A/C not cooling (we had a lightning strike near the house that was the original cause to some of these issues). He found that a previous repair company had put in motor that was the wrong size . . .he fixed the problem and its worked fine ever since . . . reasonable charge. He was delayed by a couple hours getting to the house but he called prior to when he was supposed to arrive and let me know . . . that was much appreciated. 3 - water leak in ceiling. he came twice to fix this issue, which was a defective drain pipe connection. Called about 8pm on a Sunday expecting to leave a message but he answered the phone. He came about 7pm the next day and after much trouble shooting, and by listening to some history of the unit from my wife, found the problem. He tried a temp fix but that didn't work and he had to come back 2 days later, while no one was home, and fix the problem . . .$185 which I thought was reasonable for the amount of time he had to spend in a 100+ degree attic crawl space.
