Description of Work: The contractor was very difficult to deal with, very inflexible and not accomodating to our needs. He insisted on requirments in excess or contrary to industry website information. When he finally provided a firm proposal (2+ months after selection) he became upset because I wanted to review it before signing and informed me that the system could not be installed in time to get the desired tax credit. I then decided to use a different contractor. This contractor cost me nearly 3 months, the ability to install a geothermal HVAC system and a whole lot of frustration for nothing.

Description of Work: installed gas lines and regulators for natural gas hook up. converted appliances. tested and inspected existing materials and replaced faulty heat exchanger. found applicable warranty information for replacement parts. And he cleaned up after himself.
