They came out and told us there was a problem and did a quick fix of our AC/Heating unit. As I was writing the check, they went to check one more thing and increased the price $65 to $88. They were at my home for about 10 minutes. They left and I left to run a few errands. My husband called 30 minutes later to tell me that the heating was not working still. They came back out and determined that I would need a whole new unit at a cost of $3,500.00. I am not sure what happened in the 30 minutes that changed a quick fix into a couple of thousand dollars. Why didn't they notice the problems when they came out the first time.
Description of Work: My AC/Heating unit was examined, diagnosed, and "fixed". They really didn't explain to well what they did to fix the unit, but told us it was fine and working properly and it would be heating up soon.
