+ -1 moreMy carpeting was not in the best shape, to be fair, but the carpets did not really look all that much better after cleaning. The owner was very professional and friendly and came right back over to remove a spot that had actually gotten worse after the cleaning, but overall the cleaning did not come out that well. I think the owner had integrity however and he would have probably have come back until I was satisfied with the job but I didn't pursue it further.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned my upstairs carpeting.

+ -1 moreThey're great. They came right out that afternoon as soon as I called. They extracted the water, rewashed the basement carpet, disinfected it, and put fans up to dry everything. They were fast and right on time.
Description of Work: Our basement flooded and they came right out. They did water remediation and then cleaned the carpets.
