+ -1 moreWe feel the house wasn't scraped very well, the soffit needed two coats, he said he would come back to do this, he never returned. He of course was paid, with the agreement that he would return to finish the job to our satisfaction. We have made several calls but he will not answer or return our calls.
Description of Work: The provider was suppose to scrape exterior of house and paint. Two coats where needed since the color was going lighter.
