Description of Work: My elderly friend had two counter stools which needed a simple recovering. When she received them it was quite visible that the stitching was sloppy,not straight and not as close as it should have been to support the seat. The first time a person sat in it pieces of hardware fell on the floor and the seat could not be used.If you can't do a job don't accept it and waste time, money and your reputation. These seem to be good people but did not use good judgement.
