"Avoid this company. They came out to my parents property a day earlier than expected. Started probing the ground to find the septic line and weren't able to find it. 15 minutes later water was coming out of the ground, come to find out they poked a hole in our water line. We tried giving the worker a call and he denied it...We had Johns Plumbing come out incurring a $600 charge. The owner Tommy came out looked at the pipe, said he make this right and reimburse. He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals. It's crucial to share this to prevent others from facing similar issues."

"I will never use these people again. Some people just take advantage of people in a stressful situation. I was grateful when I had to call them out for work on a Saturday night for our water heater, they gave me an after hours price, very cheap, and were there with a couple hours, stopped the water leak and removed the old one. Stated that they would be back on Monday with a new one for a total of $5500. On Sunday I researched water heater and the amount they quoted was way to high. I stated I needed to see how they came to that amount, being generous I could not get to $3000. My husband and I work and we were not able to communicate quick enough before they installed the new one. After work was done they said it was 30% of 30% of 30%, IE: they ripped us off. I have since confirmed this. They did not air out the lines correctly either and our shower head blew out the next day and they never took responsibility for the leak in the ceiling. They knew they were taking advantage of us that is why they never returned my email or phone call."

We also perform septic inspections and maintenance contracts, and are licensed by the state to install any type (1-4) septic system. "We had TW Ammons out earlier this year to take care of a leach field leak issue. We paid them almost $3,000 for their service. We also had more of the same issues following their remedy. We called back numerous times to get them back out and they always stated they were busy and would get back out when they could. Fast forward to end of year when we call them again, which they do not recall us ever calling. (poor communication between son and dad). Now they are insistent that is is our fault. Very poor customer service! They DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR WORK!"
