The representative was very prompt in arriving at the set time to provide our initial estimate (a Thursday). Yet, he promised to return with a quote early the following week. When I had not yet heard from him by the following Tuesday afternoon, I called him myself (as we had both agreed that shrub trimming needed to happen soon, as new buds were beginning to bloom). With very round-a-bout excuses for why he had not yet started any of the project planning/estimate process, he promised to return a call with a quote the next day. Again, he never returned a call. I simply find it surprising that in the "doomsday economy" our media is constantly describing to us, our areas service professionals obviously aren't very worried about securing accounts (particularly when referred by a fellow service professional).
