Description of Work: Sanded, plastered and painted a couple ceilings, a few rooms and a door. Great work and very responsive to client needs! Will hire again if we need to contract anymore work out.

Description of Work: I did not select this company from Angie's List. I saw a number of signs in front of houses in my neighborhood and called them. This painter tented my old home, scraped, sanded, used a heat gun, sanded again and painted the siding and trim of my 120 year old house. They did a fantastic job. I give them an A+++.

Description of Work: Oh lucky me!! I hired the best company to paint my house from the top to the bottom. The workmanship was excellent and the workers were polite and easy to work with. Yuan was very helpful with the color selections. They are professionals and I high recommend them.

Description of Work: We cancelled our appointment for an estimate because we hired someone who's done work for us in the past. But Zarazua was very prompt and professional in replying to our messages. Based on this experience and their favorable reviews, I would consider hiring them in the future.

Description of Work: Stained the deck, painted the trim, fixed a board on the deck. |They were very good and exact. They realized that replacing a board would change the color so reversed the board so it matched. When the color they were told to paint seemed not to match they asked and changed it to match the other trim. I was impressed that the were so precise.

Description of Work: Awesome experience for our second appointment. Zarazua means quality, experience, and complete satisfaction. The team of hard working professionals are second to none. My neighbor had a horrible experience with another local company that needed to return to her house three times before the job was done right, with Zarazua, the job was spot on. They even came out on a Saturday, which was amazingly convenient. My 14 year old son gives them "10/10" paint brushes, with a "great job dudes" to boot. We will always call on Zarazua, as should you. We give them the highest recommendation possible!!!!

Description of Work: Purchased the big deal for deck staining. Communication with Juan was great and he was very professional. Overall a great experience. The only negative was that his deal did not include hand rails/posts. Well of course if you are going to stain a deck, you generally need to do the hand rails too. I didn't like that this was not explicitly highlighted in the big deal--a bit of a bait and switch. The stain application was a little inconsistent in some places, but still good quality overall.

Description of Work: We had a mix up on dates, but they came the day I wanted and went to work before I could blink. The two painters, Andreas and Gadiel, were beyond excellent. Best was the quality of their work. They painted 2 coats of a large bedrm, bathrm, part of den, and trim. (They even fixed a closet door so it worked better than before!) I highly recommend Zarazua.

Description of Work: Job went well. They did a great job of communicating. They were prompt and cleanliness was good. Workmanship was fair (at best) especially for the price. They spent a total of 3-4 hours and their was almost no material (a pint of wood stain and a tiny amount of polyurethane). I expected that the door was going to be refinished (sanded and resurfaced) but they only ended up staining and slapping a coat of polyurethane on it. Not what I expected!
