You've Got Maids

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Leading up to the day of cleaning, the manager, Alice, was very pleasant. On the day of cleaning, three women came to my house and I asked them to park in my driveway. Instead, they drove their van up on my grass. Fast forward to after the cleaning, which I asked for a deep clean. I came home to find all of my furniture pushed out of its original placement, every blind was up, and they had moved my personal items into spots they were not suppose to be. I found dirt on the floor in my living room and kitchen, dust in my living room, and my floors were not sprayed with pledge. The cleaning people immediately left when I got home (they were already in their car) so they would not have to hear my feedback. One of the cleaners yelled to me from her car that she would send me an invoice. Now, a week later I still haven’t received an invoice in my email. Today she had a woman come to be house to harass my family, bang on the door, to try to give me an invoice. I only know this because I have a doorbell camera. The women stayed there for over 20 minutes banging on the door. When I originally set up service, Alice told me $180. I received the invoice and it’s $60 more than the original amount she gave me. Not to mention the bad job they did. I’m not happy with my service. Beware of You’ve Got Maids!!!!

This was my first professional house cleaning, and I was not disappointed with You’ve Got Maids. I have a new baby at home who was napping while the maids worked, and they were quiet, courteous, and quick! They did an excellent, thorough job and my house smelled so fresh and clean when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this house cleaning service!

It was awesome. We've been living in our house for about two years and I'm comfortable to say that we haven't had our house this clean since we moved in. The team was very professional, competent and courteous and they had amazing attention to detail. At the end we did a walk through where we could assess the quality of the service and point out anything we might not be satisfied with. We found nothing. Highly recommended!
