Description of Work: Ruslan built a 12x24 pergola. He cares a lot, and he is very pleasant to work with. He is neat and orderly, and I considered him to be a craftman because he took great pains to include beautiful detail work in the pergola, that I didn't think of or ask for. Wonderful job!

Description of Work: G & R Construction replaced some siding and trim work at our home.

Description of Work: Was at my wits end, trying to find someone we could trust to do what we needed, had had others promise to come to our small town, and no one came. Called a few companies, and they said we were out of their area for such a small job.. Found Ruslan on Angie's List and read his reviews and decided to give him a call. He arrived on time to give us an estimate. In that estimate he stated exactly what he would do and exactly what the total cost would be (parts and labor) and what day and time he would do this. The work was a leaky roof that was causing a leak into our downstairs bathroom. One section of ceiling in the bathroom was completely ruined and needed to be replaced after the roof had been repaired. We called him later that night and accepted his bid and Ruslan did call when he found he was going to be 15 minutes late on date of work. He arrived then at that time, completed the work and cleaned up after himself and had my husband and myself look over the work to be satisfied. We were more than satisfied, he went over and beyond what he said he would do, and we are very pleased we have NOW a man we feel we can trust do do what he says he will do, when he says he will do it and at the exact cost he promised.

Description of Work: Renovated my 1977 deck with IPE wood and new IPE railings with metal balusters and lattice work to enclose the bottom of deck, stained and painted deck, performed extensive interior remodeling on 1977 home that included: installing recessed can light fixtures throughout house, new crown molding throughout house, coffered/beam ceiling, wainscoting, new interior window & door trim throughout house, bifold closet doors, interior doors, new staircase balusters and handrails, some painting of wood work, and many other tasks.
