The living room walls look like new, all of the old nail holes are no longer visible. The paint color matched perfectly. Squirrel damaged siding was removed, new siding was installed and painted, can not tell old from new siding on dormer. Old deck was removed in a day. The new deck was completed in five working days, through very unfavorable weather conditions. Materials were first rate and top quality. The crew members were prompt and very professional.

Cecil has done work for us on many occasions over the past 10-12 years since being recommended to us by the property manager of our townhome community. He and his crew have done everything from power-washing, repairing and staining our deck and walkway to replacing and painting siding, regrading our yard because of drainage problems, installing a sump pump and gutters. In the most recent job, as in all others, he has proved to be incredibly reliable and professional and takes care to explain in detail each step in the process of the work. While his prices may be somewhat on the high side, he charges by the job and will stick with it until everyone, including himself, are satisfied.

As I alluded to before, Mr. Green and his team have done many jobs here. Including - correcting poor jobs done by other home repair companies. Mr. Green has: Corrected jobs by other companies involving plumbing and construction In my yard: installed french drains corrected water draining issues built an underground culvert built a deck and screened in porch and wired it for fans and lights On my roof: re-pointed brickwork repaired leaks In my house: Stripped out an old tub and replaced it with a new one Replaced rotten subfloor Under my house: Replaced vapor barrier scrubbed mold Repaired rot installed french drains Added jacks - my piers are too far apart I have always been very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone. Believe me- We have had our share of poor handymen in the past. Cecil is a GEM!!
