About us

Owned and operated by Daniel James since 2012, Labor Panes Durham-Chapel Hill is proud to be located in the heart of North Carolina. Daniel and his beautiful wife Macon have two wonderful sons. Daniel and his family are very passionate about traveling. He grew up in the country of Colombia, and their most recent travels include a visit to Kenya. Additionally, he spends a lot of time outdoors doing anything from snowboarding to playing soccer with friends and family. He graduated from Campbell University located in Buies Creek, NC. Since Campbell is not far from the Raleigh area, Daniel took many day trips to the city and decided that is where he was meant to be. We value each job, large and small, and seek to build relationships with our clients. We strive to get to know every home and individual we have the pleasure to work with. Whether pressure washing the home of a Tar-Heel, or performing commercial services in Blue Devils or Wolfpack territory, we will create the perfect cleaning plan so that each home will shine!

Description of Work: Appointment was scheduled to clean windows inside and out between 2:30 and 4:30pm on 11/18. Technician showed up at 5:09pm when it was too dark to effectively clean windows esp. outside anyway. The earliest reschedule was for 12/14; almost a month later, so we found someone else to do the work for half the price.

We strive for excellence in timeliness, communication, and professionalism and obviously fell short on this occasion. Your particular crew leader had plenty of experience with our company, but was fairly new to the Crew Leader role and fell short in some of his duties of ensuring timeliness and communicating. I apologize that he was not thoroughly experienced to take care of your service appropriately. Due to a few other similar experiences with the same Crew Leader, we have decided to remove him from this position until we know he is able to fully take care of the Crew Leader duties. Description of Work: Cleaned gutters at two houses. I wasn't in town but my assistant said they did a great job. When I was late in sending the final payment, the assistant called me and we got it taken care of over the phone. Have already booked them for more sessions.

Description of Work: The Go To Crew Raleigh cleaned the gutters of my house. I was very pleased with their service. The person who cleaned the gutters noticed that one of the gutters had come out from the wooden piece it was attached to. Although it wasn't part of the job they had to do, the manager of the company, Daniel, came the next day to nail it down without any charge. Daniel is a extremely courteous gentleman.

Description of Work: I did not understand that there were time constrictions. They came on Oct.13, before leaves fall. When I asked to change the time, they said that it had to be done during a certain time period. I now understande that they will need to come for the spring visit during a certain time rather than my own choosing. Also, there was a bee's nest in one corner, so they did not clean one whole side of the gutters. While I understand not wanting to get stung, there are still sticks hanging out of that side of the gutter but way down at the opposite end.
