Called and they scheduled same day. Actually came a bit early. We talked about replacing both springs (was my intention), was quoted a price and in less than an hour it was all done. No hassle or surprises. Very professional.

Not only did he do what I had hired him to do, he also took the time to show me how to make power adjustments and how to do lubrication of the tracks. I accidentally backed my car up into the garage door late on Sunday night. I was in a panic to get someone out here and fast because I didn't want my garage door open all night! I would have had to sleep in the garage! I called a few places that said that they were 24hrs, but when I called they told me that they wouldn't be able to arrive until the next day.
