After being the only house on the street for a few months, we finally got them to come consistently, but occasionally they still 'forget'. We are not the only house on the street any longer, but my recyclables that were supposed to be picked up last Friday are still on my curb. Not the first time. It's Monday and I just made my third phone call to them. I'm changing providers as soon as I can - I think my neighbor already has and he hasn't even lived here 6 months.

I intentionally avoided using these guys. I've managed larger waste companies and knew their level of service. The problem is they buy all the smaller competitors in their service area. True to form, they bought the company I was using and on day one, I had problems. A huge hydraulic fluid spill in front of my house. As the truck pulled off, they tracked the fluid down the street. They never acknowledged it. Then as my son was in the hospital for a month and my relatives kept putting the garbage out, but it never got picked up. I called twice, from the hospital. I got no response from them. It's two months later and I'm having problems again. I can't be the ony one. I'd gladly lobby for another company to take our entire sub-division. Please someone solicit our HOA. If I had the capital, I'd compete against these knuckleheads. Customer service certainly isn't their focus.
