My interactions with Patrick were wonderful from the very beginning! i was afraid that I would need to replace all the wiring of a circuit after I fried an outlet. Patrick checked several outlets and no additional damage was evident. He also showed me that the melted wire insulation did not travel very far back toward the wall, so it was an easy fix. I learned that my space heater was an energy hog which could easily be on its own circuit. We discussed the issue and when he left I felt confident in my house wiring again. What a relief!!!

We had Eric S come out and replace our old Gould panel with a new Square D Homeline panel. Also, we had a new high amp circuit added to our backyard shed. The homeowner (me) did not arrange the inspector to come out in time, but Eric took it in stride and worked on the outdoor circuit. Today the panel was installed and approved by inspector. This time, the electric company was late coming out to turn off power and Eric had a revolving door of inspectors checking his progress. So kudos to Eric and the Volt Doctors being flexible. They were a great value and Eric has always been available by phone or text. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Volt Doctors, and especially Stephen, who did the work. This was the third time I have used Volt Doctors and I will be using them whenever I need electrical work at my house. They are super professional, respect your time, and their pricing is very competitive. They leave the place as clean as when they started their work. I really appreciated the extra effort Stephen took to work with me to find a way to move the service and panel in a way that was more effective for what I was trying to do, and stayed in my budget. Really, everything you would want in services.

Technician Eric was prompt, polite, and explained how simple my problem was without making me feel dumb for not knowing ahead of time. It was so straightforward he opted not to charge me for his five-minute visit. Dispatcher responded promptly to my scheduling request, and Eric was on time. Excellent customer service and honest dealing. Hire these guys!

Great! Looks good and works. Luke Hurley was a complete professional, had to move around some shelves loaded with glass items and was very considerate and careful. He listened, answered questions clearly, patiently, and worked around us in the house. Volt Doctors honored their estimate, provided quality work, and cleaned up. I'm a fan.

I called Volt Doctors and my call was answered immediately. I was able to get an electrician out to my house the next morning for an 8-noon time slot. He called at 8 on the dot and let me know he was 20 minutes out. Eric arrived exactly 20 minutes later. He wore covers over his shoes inside the house, and greeted my dogs. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly (loose connections inside a ceiling box for a light fixture). Billing was handled via my credit card and his iPad. Eric was friendly and professional. I will definitely call Volt Doctors again when needed.

Our home was pierced by a persistent, screamingly high alarm that wouldn't quit. Changing the 9 volt battery in the smoke alarm didn't stop it. I didn't realize that it was our carbon monoxide alarm. Volt Doctors responded as quickly as they could and immediately diagnosed the problem, changed the battery, and sweet silence resulted. Grateful for their quick action and professionalism.

At what I thought of was risk to his life and limb, the electrician went up to the top of the garage and determined that the bulb was indeed burned out. He said that he would be back with a new bulb. That was the last that I heard or saw of him, however he did not charge me for his efforts. He was punctual, responsive, and capable, but he seems to have just forgotten to complete the job. Again, I was not charged for his service call.

Technician was very respectful,on time and very professional. The ladies that scheduled my appoinment were very courteous and pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommend Volt Doctors!

As my original review said, they never completed the work and it took me several emails and phone calls to get a refund for the $200 deposit, which I finally got. They had refunded my credit card earlier this month but had not told me, and I had not yet received the statement. When I called again, they finally told me yesterday.

Called to inquire if there was an available appointment and was able to have a technician out to my house by 5pm that afternoon. The tech did an appraisal of what was needed to be done, made a quick run to Home Depot for the parts and did a great job! Will definitely call in the future for my electrical needs! Thanks Guys for a great job!!

They did very good work. The guy came out on the weekend and we were very pleased. He was knowledgeable and professional. It did take a little longer than was expected but we would definitely use them again. Everything passed inspection and we would recommend them.

The electrician arrived punctually and worked fast. I was very impressed with his work.

Volt Doctors was very responsive to our request for electrical work and came out immediately to quote us on the work we were requesting. I agreed to their proposal and cost and they were able to do the work while at the house. Michael was a fantastic technician and got the job done and cleaned up after himself. Quickly reviewed situation and arranged followup appointment to do the work. Made sure to explain and answer any questions. I wanted the work handled right away so in this case I did not comparison shop so I don't know how their price compares to others.
