 + -1 moreStaff friendly, overlooked a few things, not convenient, always difficult. Scheduling always not so precise. Trailer had slice in tire and had to take it back to get new tire.

 + -1 moreThey were efficient. The only two negatives were that: 1. When I made the appointment they said they would call to confirm when it got in, but they didn't. Fortunately it had arrived by the time of my appointment. 2. They automatically added a lifetime U-Haul warranty to my bill that I had not asked for.
Description of Work: Installed a trailer hitch to my car. Cost includes price of hitch.
