From start to finish, every member of the moving team took the time and effort to explain all the components of the move, make us feel comfortable with the process, and ensure that we were pleased with the results. Their communication in particular went well beyond great customer service. The moving crew? Friendly, professional, efficient, and more than careful with our possessions. Truckin Movers are super professional, prompt and super efficient. I have used them for two moves/ storage in their warehouse. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Fantastic service from original quoting of job which included their suggestions of work they could do to make our move easier and more successful. They went to a storage location in a different city and then brought it to a new location and put some items in their storage. I arranged the move for my parents. My mother could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the movers. Each item was placed exactly where she wanted it and nothing was damaged. Mom is happy so I am happy!

This team made the move seamless from start to finish! The were flexible with our move time, which changed a few times, but when the day finally came they were quick, careful and professional! Definitely recommend using Truckin' Movers!

Everything went as planned. This is the third time we have used Truckin Movers and two of these were out of state moves. They have been great to work with each time. From the booking and planning stage with Noelle and Brad to the actual move with Terry & John, all went very well. Obviously we would use them again.

James and the rest of the 6 guys (most were team leaders, and it's my fault for not remembering each name), were exceptional. They listened to how we wanted things wrapped and cared for and went above and beyond as far as work and care of our many fragile antique items. They were all friendly, charming, and the way they carried soo many boxes on their backs was beyond impressive. I highly recommend this group of men. Hopefully we got them enough Gatorade and pizza that THEY would recommend us, if or when we need to move again.

Our move was extremely successful much in part to the organization and attention to detail of the mgmt. and crew at Truckin' Movers. They were efficient in planning and keeping close to schedule. Interstate moves can be complicated, they made it easy. Once our household belongings made it to N.C. we had Truckin' Movers safely store our items until we were able to purchase our home at which time all household items were delivered with ease. Their team worked well together, carefully loading and unloading goods, they are hard workers, while being mindful and respectful of your belongings. I would highly recommend this company for any move.

Moving has usually been a nightmare but this time it was completely different because we finally found the perfect moving company, Truckin' Movers. The service, from initial conversation on the phone through to unloading the last boxes at the destination, was beyond excellent. This is a team of people, well trained, who work professionally and very effectively together. Particularly impressive was that most of the staff have worked together for several or many years and so functioned almost telepathically. And everyone on the two moving days worked very, very hard in very hot and humid weather. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was courteous and understanding throughout, all leavened with a good sense of humor. And nothing was damaged or lost. Perfect!

Everything went as planned. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the process. We worked with Brad and Noelle in the office. Milton and Steven did the move which included three flights of stairs. They worked continually until the job was done and were most respectful with care for our items and for covid protocol with masks and gloves. Thank you!

Our move with Truckin went perfectly from the initial contact with Brad for an estimate to the drop off of our belongings in Colorado. They handled everything, including transporting our 3 cars across country. Brad is very knowledgeable, communicates well and seems to have contacts all over the country (how can any one person know all these people?!). Truckin arrived precisely on time the day of the move. James and his crew were very efficient, carefully wrapped and loaded all our belongings and were very friendly and accommodating. Watching those guys working together and doing their thing was like watching an NBA All Star Team! Once the truck was loaded and gone, Brad called and gave me a specific delivery date for the drop off in Colorado. When I was originally getting quotes for our move, all the other companies would only provide a range of two to three days for the delivery. Having a specific drop off date was, as you can imagine, very helpful for us. The truck and moving crew arrived precisely on time in Colorado. Michael Olguin and his crew were equally awesome and quickly and efficiently unloaded all our stuff and ensured we were happy thru the entire process. Again they were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Overall I have to say we had an excellent experience with Truckin Movers. I think you would be hard pressed to find a more experienced and accommodating company to handle your move. As a plus, Truckin's quote was very competitive, in fact a bit lower than the others we received.

We had 2 relocations. One from San Diego to Chapel Hill North Carolina. Now the second one from Chapel Hill to three different locations, Chicago, Portland Oregon, and Wisconsin. Our very first relocation was from Portland Oregon to San Diego. We used a cheaper company and we got what we paid for. I won’t go into the horror stories but we will never use anyone else besides Truckin Movers. Brad in the corporate office is extremely knowledgeable experienced professional in every aspect of the move. James the lead driver and field manager is amazing. He will do it your way not his way. He even woke up at 3AM parked his truck downtown at one of our stops at our high-rise just so he could get a more accessible unloading spot and make it more efficient for us. I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Trunkin' Movers and our cross country move. From the estimate to the move the staff were excellent. They provided packing suggestions and took great care with all of our items. Our load was delivered on time with another great local crew to unload. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. Because of COVID, our initial quote was done by phone but the estimate was spot on. On moving day, the crew of 5 were on time, extremely efficient, and very careful with our furniture and boxes. We had requested packing for some breakable items, and their packing job was excellent and well worth the money to reduce the fear of breakage. We could not have asked for a more focused, dedicated, upbeat and enthusiastic moving crew. We felt like they were taking care of us and our belongings along the entire way, and can't imaging moving again without them.

It went very well. Scheduling was clear and easy. Guys showed up on time and did a nice job packing. Only a couple of things broke and the team owned up to any mistakes (and was covered via insurance). Truck moved on time and was delivered on schedule. Very nice team and would recommend. Much better than the other two companies I have used to move across the country.

My husband and I have moved 8 times, both local as well as across country. We have always said that there is no such thing as a good move, just different levels of bad. Truckin' movers is the exception. The crew was fantastic! We had 5 men, lead by James, arrive with great attitudes and pack our home in extremely hot temperatures with no complaining. We had some difficult items that had to be moved and they took exceptional care to insure that they made it to our new home in the same condition they left in. The move went very quickly and the crew worked well together under the leadership of James. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move.

We've had some good moves in the past, but Truckin' movers was the best. Complete care for our things, courtesy, promptness, speed with great care, attitude -- the best. And at a price that just about floored us at how much less it was than past moves.

Truckin Movers were great. They were on time. They treated out things with respect. Nothing was broken and they all so helpful and hardworking. We moved from PA into storage and an apartment while our house was being built and then from the apartment and storage into our new home. James and Milton worked both our moves and they were FABULOUS!! They were so attentive to where I needed things to go. They hustled and got things done!!! THANK YOU Truckin Movers for being easy to work with and affordable too!! We would definitely hire them again.
