TROSA Moving

Description of Work: Moved furniture from a one bedroom apartment to our townhouse 2.5 miles away. They were efficient and affordable. We asked them to place the sleeper sofa in the upstairs spare bedroom, which was a bit tricky. (Not to mention the sofa was quite heavy.) in the process, they caused a little damage to the walls (marks, a couple of dings) and put a couple of major dings in the door jam when getting the sofa in the room. However, the movers brought this to our attention immediately and filed a work order to have their staff come out and repair the damage at no charge. They came out the following week and did a great job on the repairs. In fact, they painted over some marks on the walls caused by the movers who delivered my items from an out of state move. Highly recommend these folks!

Description of Work: They sprayed what was left of a bad lawn with herbicide and then a few days later brought mulch and spread ti in the yrad. A vast improvement from a crappy brown lawn.

Description of Work: I spent about an hours worth of phone calls talking to people at TROSA about what our needs were and trying to set up an appointment for an estimate. The man there kept telling me to call back and remind him of things rather than him keeping track of them himself, which I found rather odd. Finally, a date and time was set for the estimate, and it turned out that they were a no-show and no-call either.
