TROSA Moving

Description of Work: They packed the truck with boxes and furniture and moved it all to a storage unit. They are very efficient and professional. This is the 2nd time I've used them and would use them every time I move!

Description of Work: They moved me locally from Durham to Raleigh. 4 man crew. They should be given a cell phone to be able to contact the client because they couldn't find me in my large apartment complex which wasted a good amount of their and my time. Otherwise very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Picked up donations and moved my family from our 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom townhome, one town over. I've used them multiple times and will ALWAYS use TROSA for moving!

Description of Work: I was very happy with them. There were 4 gentlemen who did our move and they were very respectful of all of our stuff and did a great job moving it with care, as if it was their own possessions.

Description of Work: TROSA was a perfect choice for our recent move. The crew was on time, friendly, polite, professional, and quick. They were happy to move the boxes that we'd packed ourselves in advance as well as all of our furniture pieces. We did find two small dings to wooden pieces of furniture, but TROSA provided (at their expense) someone to come out and fix the dings at the new house. Both pieces look better than ever now! | |The price was fantastic. We paid by the hour and the crew deducted any breaks they took from their hourly calculation. I would absolutely recommend TROSA to anyone.

Description of Work: THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I have never used a professional moving service before. When I was single I've always had friends help me move and when I got married...the same. After our last move my husband said never again, and he meant it. I've heard horror stories about movers. We both have. Because of this we researched movers and found the best reviews for Trosa. We really didn't want to spend the money on movers because we didn't have much by way of expensive or sentimental furniture left to move because everything we had left to move had been damaged by other people moving it in the past. My main reason for wanting professionals was we were moving into a new home and I did not want one scratch on my new floors or walls. (And honestly...I just didn't want to move anything.) |I reiterate...THEY WERE/ARE/AND I IMAGINE...WILL REMAIN, AMAZING! They are professional, prompt, kind and lickety split fast. I recommended them to friends who moved a month after me and they could not say enough great things about them. And they did have sentimental things (a grandfather clock in particular)that they were going to move themselves that they entrusted to Trosa and were more than happy that they did. |We had a furniture store deliver something that could not be brought up into a particular room and my husband and I immediately said to ourselves, "We bet Trosa could do it." And funny enough, we told our neighbor the sad story of not being able to get what we purchased from the furniture store and she said the same thing. We all have put them on a pedestal. |Everyone leaves reviews for poor service, Trosa makes you want to leave a glowing review because they remind you that great service still exists. Thank you for that Trosa. Even if I do have 4 Christmas trees too many. (wink) :o)
