Tropical's Service was great, they were able to fit me in just 3 days after I purchased the deal and arrived on time on the agreed day. The two painters were very professional and friendly and they did a great job painting the two rooms. The quality of the work done is great and I am more than happy with the service and job done!

It turned out really well. They did a fantastic job. They came out after about a month after I purchased the big deal but it was a mutual alignment with the schedules. As soon as we were able to connect, they were out relatively quickly. I had him actually stay a little while and longer and do some additional work so I paid more than the $99 big deal. I ended up using him for two hours for $70. I can refer the man who came based on; he was on time, having great communication and great service, he did a great job and did not make a mess and he was willing to stay longer. He was very professional and I will use him again.

Mike, the company rep whom I assume was the owner, was very prompt, and required very little of our time preparing the room for the work showing us how he could work around a lot of our furnishings. He and an associate did the installation and caulking in about four hours, never making a mess and totally vacuumed the room and access areas before leaving. It was necessary for the caulking to dry before coming back to paint. Two days later Mike sent another associate to our house to do the painting, which only took a couple of hours. Again no mess and no bother. All were very courteous, skilled, and provided excellent service. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the finished product. Sincerely, Charles Leonard

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 8:30am and when he did not show, I called him around 8:40am and he asked if he could call me back. When he called me back he informed me that he did not have my appointment on his calender and he was sorry. I told he reconfirmed this appointment and the work I wanted done just last week, he apologized and said he could have someone out later today, but I had to go to work. I am just requesting a refund.

The person that removed the wallpaper informed me that the walls would need sanding before painting. I have removed wallpaper on other walls and never had to sand the walls. It looks like he may have scrape the walls a little too hard to get the backing off. He didn't sweep up after himself nor take the bag out with him. I had to clean up the floor once he left and he was only here for an hour. I was going to have him remove the wallpaper in the bathroom since he had two hours left if this was possible, but I didn't like the way the wall looked. Very nice gentleman but feel he rushed the job.

-Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time. -Although the add mentioned they could replace sheet rock with materials they could provide, it turned out they didn't bring any drywall materials for patching. Easy fix, they went and picked it up and ultimately repaired everything to expected standards. -Would highly recommend.

I spoke with Mr. Mike a couple of times to set an appointment for doing the kitchen and family room. When I spoke with him, I knew right away this was the company I wanted to use. His customer service personality was great and truly appreciated. He sent over two of his great employees Chris and Abo, who was friendly and professional. The job they did was awesome and both of the rooms looked great. I was very pleased with their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Almestica was very prompt in returning my e-mail and arranging to give me an estimate. When I asked about the possibility of having the work done in time for a house showing, he was very accommodating and his crew did a beautiful job in a single day. The price was $100 dollars less than the next higher bid, from someone I'd hired in the past. Tropical Painting did a much better, more efficient job, and left everything perfectly clean.

This company did a great job. We needed to get someone in fast, and they were able to send someone the next day. He did a very nice job painting our kitchen. When we found an area along the baseboard where you could see the previous color paint, we called and asked someone to come back and touch up. Again, they sent someone fast, and he corrected the problem quickly and professionally. They really went above and beyond for us.

We purchased a $99 coupon for drywall work from AngiesList and contacted Michael Almastica, the owner of Tropical Painting. He responded quickly to my email message, and continued to do so while the work was pending and completed. We were able to get on his schedule quickly, and the crew showed up on time. They were pleasant to be around and worked hard while they were in the home. Michael had to return a second day to finish the job and now the ceiling is ready for me to paint. We are very pleased with the work ethic of Michael and his crew at Tropical Painting, and have requested an estimate for him to paint the exterior of both our home and our son's home.

They got a lot of ceilings done in 2 days and they look great. They also caulked the molding in the dining room without being prompted b/f painting.

The team was prompt and very efficient. They completed the painting more quickly than I had anticipated. I was adding work to the items I wanted done. I think the job was completed so quickly because they were not as thorough in preping the wall as I would have been. They missed an area that had been dented in and poorly repaired by someone in the household. I didn?t notice it until the end. where upon they added ?mud? to even it out. It did not have time to dry as it was over two coats of newly applied paint. They did come back to finish it at my husband?s insistence as they had left the sanding and final paint for us to do. Overall very good work.
