+ 0 moreOne repair was done at the Durham store on 9th Street, one repair was done in Chapel Hill. Both went very well--done quickly, no post-repair issues, price was reasonable. For the cracked screen I had to wait a few days for the part to come in; not TCR's fault, but be prepared for this--especially if you have an older phone.
Description of Work: Replace cracked screen, replace speaker/charging port.

+ 0 moreMy IPhone stopped working.? No screen, no beeps, nothing.? I went to their location in Southpoint Mall and explained what had occurred.? The technician disassembled the phone and determined there was a short in the connection between LED screen and the system board.? They could replace the screen for $130 and have in done within 15 minutes.? I authorized the repair.? Within 5 minutes the technician returned and stated he reconnected the original LED screen and the phone now worked.? The service was done without any charges.
