Derrius and Matt provided excellent service. They work thoroughly and well as a team washing inside and outside of windows, using the phone to coordinate to catch missed spots. They also wiped down the screens and sills. We couldn't believe how great the house looked after being washed (all the cobwebs, mildew, moss, and dirt gone, roof to foundation). They thoroughly cleaned up after doing the gutters, and were careful and respectful while working inside and out. The team arrived promptly and worked hard all day, and were very responsive to attacking any missed spots. It's a pleasure to write a check for such quality work.

The two gentleman arrived on time and one started on the outside while the other washed the same window on the inside. They made sure each window was clean with absolutely no smudges befre they moved on to the next window. It was a sunny day so any area which wasn't completely clean would have showed up. I also oped for the blind cleaning since I had not had the opportunity to clean them since I move in. They were extremely through when they washed the kitchen window they also washed the windows in the cabinet door on either side of the sink. Plus thhhhhhhey went over the windows in my garage door. I was extremely pleased with the service provided.

They responded right away to my request, arrived exactly when they said they would, and spent a lot of time...they really did a meticulous job of cleaning everything, and also were replaced high exterior light bulbs, took an old dish network off the roof for me, and wouldn't charge any extra. They didn't harm any plants near the house, and unlike other house washing services I've used, they didn't leave a bit of gutter debris around. Very, very positive experience.

My experience with him was excellent. It was just one guy who came out. I have used him before and I have been very pleased with him. He is on time and does the job efficient. He is very easy and pleasant to deal with. It takes him about three hours to clean the windows but I am not very sure.

Brandon was prompt and professional and did a wonderful job on my house. It was dirtier than normal due to construction close by and I was amazed how much better everything looks! Power washing the porch got rid of the pollen that was still hanging around since the spring. I will definitely have him back next year and add on a good washing of the porch furniture and cushions. I also appreciated that he came out to look at the house before giving me an estimate so that I knew how much it would cost. His estimate was the most reasonable of the three that I got. Very happy with this company and recommend it highly.

Brandon was outstanding. He came on time, did all the work just as promised in the time frame promised, was extremely professional and nice to deal with best of all left the house in spectacular shape. We will definitely use him again!

I originally found TopNotch via the Internet. I was impressed from the beginning with Branden's friendliness and professionalism. He has followed that with a job well done. During his latest visit to clean gutters, he demonstrated his honesty by charging less than normal because one of the gutters didn't require much effort. All-in-all I've been very pleased with the TopNotch service and can recommend it without reservation.

Brandon answered my call promptly and immediately worked out a time for his services. When it rained, he called me to reschedule. He showed up right on time . After a tour of the job, he went straight to work. I had errands to run, so when I returned, he had done most of the job. When there was a little extra task, my request and not in the contract, he refused to bill me any extra. The windows were sparkling clean.

I thought they did a great job. He was on time and efficient. However, I think he put the pressure washing apparatus a little too close to the steps and the grain came up and got rough. There is now mildew on the stairs and I have to sand them down.

Brandon is very professional. He was prompt in coming out for an estimate, arrived on time for the job and completed the job on time. He kept my house clean, no windows were cracked or broken in the process. His estimate was a fixed bid and included a discount for Duke Employees. If the estimate seems high, please understand I live in an old house with LOTS of windows. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
